The YouTube link, the start and end times you used, and the format you chose. That lets us reproduce it quickly.
Cancel from your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
New subscriptions can be refunded within the window set out in our refund policy.
Private, members-only, age-restricted and DRM protected videos cannot be processed.
